Project Resist is currently working in collaboration with the Angelou Centre and Resist Network on a submission to the Women and Equalities Committee’s 2025 new inquiry into community cohesion. In this submission we will document the egregious impact of the far-right riots on black and minoritised women and girls and the organisations that support them. There has been a muting of the voices of black and minoritised women and girls in relation to the riots and the ongoing racialised violence and exclusion that women and children continue to experience.
